Nikolaos Tsoulos studied Biochemistry at the State University of New York at Stony Brook, from which he graduated with honors. He worked as a Biochemist at the research laboratory of Capital Genomics Inc. in Maryland, USA.

As CEO of Genekor I.A.E., Nikolaos Tsoulos, founded the company, created the sales and marketing department, while at the same time establishing international partnerships with the largest companies in the field (Oncotype DX, Foundation One, Signatera and Avantect). In addition, it has developed a network of partner laboratories in Europe, the Middle East and the Balkans and has established subsidiaries in 7 European countries (Turkey, Romania, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, and Slovakia), achieving the provision of molecular analyses with a focus on high quality, accessibility, reliability and immediacy of results.

Nikolaos Tsoulos has also served as Vice President of the Research Institute of Individualized Medicine for Cancer, a non-profit research organization focused on personalized cancer medicine.

George Nasioulas studied Biochemistry at the University of West Berlin and did his PhD at the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) in Heidelberg where he also worked as a postdoctoral researcher in Cytogenetics and Oncology.

He then worked as Assistant Professor of Virology/Molecular Biology at the National Cancer Research Center-Frederick Human Retrovirus Pathogenesis Group N.C.I., USA.

From 1994 to 1997 he was employed as head of the Department of Molecular Biology/Retroviruses at the National Retrovirus Reference Centre of the Medical School of the University of Athens. From 2001 to 2004 he worked as an associate professor at the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics at the Democritus University of Thrace.

From 1998 to 2008 he worked as founder and director of the Department of Molecular Biology at the DIAGNOSTIC & THERAPEUTIC CENTER ATHENS S.A. “Health”. He has published more than 55 papers in international scientific journals, which are cited more than 500 times in global literature.

Dr. Irini Papadopoulou studied Biology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She completed her PhD thesis at the Laboratory of Pathological Anatomy of the University of Ioannina.

From 2000 to 2008 he worked at the Molecular Biology laboratories of the ICTHA “YGEIA” and Eurogenet Inc. where he applied modern molecular techniques for research and diagnostic purposes. Since 2008 she has been working in the laboratories of GENEKOR I.A.E., where she acts as Laboratory Manager.

She has published 42 papers in international scientific journals.

She has participated in more than 100 national and international conferences with presentations and posters.

Konstantina Parara studied at the Department of Economic and Regional Development at Panteion University of Athens and holds a master’s degree in applied economics and finance from the University of Athens. She worked for 20 years as a Bank Executive and now she works as an Operations Manager at IQ Genomix.

Crystel Zisimatou is a graduate of the Department of Biology of the University of Patras (2021) and holds a Master’s Degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Maastricht (2023). She completed a 10-month internship, during which she gained valuable experience supporting a clinical study and collaborating with the R&D team.

With her expertise in molecular biology and her commitment to scientific excellence, Crystel joined IQ Genomix in 2024 as a Scientific Advisor.

Anastasia Tsinziropoulou studied at the Department of Political Science and Public Administration of the Kapodistrian University of Athens and graduated in Administrative Science. Since 2009 she has worked at the Ministry of Rural Development, as a scientific collaborator in local government and in private companies.
She worked in Genekor I.A.E. for 2 years in the customer service department and now since 2024 she works in IQ Genomix as a Customer Service Representative.
